This is a food safety training course for food handlers. The course will allow workers to learn important information about food safety and provide them with the tools to serve safe food.

The objective of this food safety course is to provide participants with the information required to insure employee, client and customer safety and to reduce the liability of businesses.

This certificate will be very useful for clients working in both healthcare and food industries.

The Procedures

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the mode of teaching has changed to Virtual Class (4-5 hours), followed by In-class written examination (1 hour).

The certificates, wallet card in hard copy will arrive from Ottawa approximately 3-4 weeks after successfully passing the exam.
