The Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) course, equips staff with essential skills to safely and effectively manage crisis situations. Designed for professionals in healthcare, education, and social services, this training provides participants with the tools to de-escalate challenging behaviors and promote a safe environment for both employees and clients. The primary objective of this course is to enhance workplace safety, reduce risk, and support respectful, nonviolent interventions.
