Sexual violence is defined as any action, whether it is of a physical or psychological nature, which is targeted at an individual’s sexuality, gender identity, or gender expression without their explicit consent. This encompasses a range of behaviors, including but not limited to sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, indecent exposure, voyeurism, and sexual exploitation.
